Hi all
was just wondering where in law we have the right to access the trust, in order to pay the bills. (in the event it goes to court): I would need to prove 2 things.
1. that the trust exists in order for me to utilize it.Â
2. that I have the right to pay said Bill with the trust.Â
Â
Can anyone direct me, as to where I can find this info, or if I have the wrong idea.Â
Â
Cheers!
(@johnwick) You don't have to prove anything. They have made the claim, now it's up to them to prove it.Â
Of course you have the right to pay with a BOE. It's the only valid financial instrument available. Banks only operate on BOE.Â
Stop trying to do their job for them. Once you send the BOE, it's up to them to process it. That means they must know and understand the law. These are the law we are all operating under:
