BOE for Origin Energy

Hi All,

Asking for assistance with how to do a BOE for Origin energy, is there anything specific or any updates etc. that need to be considered/included?

Has anyone had any experience with Origin and doing BOE's?

They are attempting to use the estimated meter reads wrongly, trying to charge for power already paid for etc. estimating using old readings then saying you owe us for that. Plain wrong. Should this point be raised before doing the BOE?

Have been in dispute with them previously about not applying the Gov rebates - but they can do no wrong.
