Why Australia needs a Benevolent Dictatorship

When a nation has been betrayed by its politicians, when promises are broken and the system serves only the powerful, people lose faith in government. Political parties argue endlessly while real problems remain unsolved. Bureaucracy stalls progress, corruption becomes routine, and citizens are left without hope. In such times, decisive leadership is required.

A benevolent dictatorship offers a temporary solution. Unlike tyranny, it is limited in both time and purpose. Its aim is not to cling to power but to swiftly repair the damage done, restore trust, and create a foundation for the people to decide their own future. It provides strength to act where politics has failed, while being held to the highest standard of accountability: stepping down after two years so that the people themselves decide what governance they want.

A Mandate with a Deadline

Under my leadership, I will immediately return our nation to our original Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1900. All laws and legislation enacted after 1972 will become null and void.

Then my transition team will organize a series of national Constitutional Congresses where you will be able to participate in the discussions to determine how we should rewrite our Constitution to bring it into line with the modern day needs of the people. You will have a say in the type of governance you want… at Last!

Once the people have decided on the type of amendments to the Constitution they would like, we will organize a series of carefully considered referendums, and any that are approved will immediately be incorporated into our Constitution. At the same time, I will appoint a team to review the Constitution and propose deleting any sections that are no longer relevant, or that do not protect the rights and freedoms of the people.

At the same time, I will immediately enact laws to criminalize Communism, Socialism, and Islam. Each of these are a danger to our safety. We will also round up any adhrents to these ideologies that are inimical to our Australian way of life and deport them, or they may choose to be re-educated about our laws, culture, and morals. Australia can no longer tolerate any ideology that seeks our destruction.

We will ask the people to decide whether they wish to continue any international contracts and obligations or to cancel them for the good of our people and nation.

We will return power to the people to make the decisions for the future of our nation. It will be your responsibility to determine the future of our country. This will encourage you to take an active part in the governance of our nation.

My Promise to Australia

I will base my leadership in Common Law Principles:

  • Do no harm to others
  • Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions

On taking office, all public property that was privatised by GovCorp will be nationalized, and control returned to the People.

All taxes, fines, registrations, and restrictions on our rights and freedoms will be immediately rescinded. My government will revert to the revenue raising model mandated in our Constitution. Then it will be up to the people to decide how to fund our governance. My wish is to create a nation that enjoys the benefits of the immense wealth our nation owns, but the ultimate decisions will rest with you, the People of Australia.

I will swear to govern only with the approval of the People.

This leadership will last no more than two years. During that time, the focus will be on implementing the FuturePlan.Earth Five-Point Plan. Once completed, a series of national referendums will allow the people to choose whether to:

  • Elect me to continue the work,
  • Choose another leader, or
  • Adopt a different system of governance altogether.

This ensures that while strong action is taken in the short term, power ultimately returns to the people.

The Five-Point Plan for Renewal

The dictatorship will exist solely to implement the FuturePlan.Earth Five-Point Plan, which addresses the deepest problems of our time:

Economic Fairness – Reform the economy so that wealth is shared more equitably, debt slavery is dismantled, and citizens are free from predatory systems that exploit their labour and resources.

Environmental Stewardship – Protect the planet by restoring ecosystems, ensuring clean air and water, and moving towards sustainable energy and food systems for future generations.

Community – Guarantee that every member of the Commonwealth has access to essential needs: food, housing, healthcare, and education. No one should be left behind.

Community Empowerment – Shift power back to local communities, giving people direct involvement in decisions that affect their lives. Centralised control will be reduced, and communities will be strengthened.

Transparent Governance – Establish a system where government is fully accountable, decisions are made openly, and corruption is eliminated. Technology will be used to provide transparency, not surveillance.

Returning Power to the People

At the end of the two years, the nation will not be left in limbo. By referendum, the people will decide the next step. If they choose for me to remain and continue the Five-Point Plan, it will be with their full consent. If they choose another system, the transition will be respected. This ensures that the dictatorship is never permanent and always subject to the people’s will.

A Temporary Path to Lasting Change

This is not about replacing one corrupt political class with another. It is about creating a transitional period where strong, benevolent leadership clears away the rot, restores order, and sets the country back on the path of fairness, justice, and sustainability. After two years, the people will inherit a nation renewed and empowered, ready to shape its own destiny.
