Podcast Text:

I have been asked a few times how I became involved in fighting to return to lawful, constitutional government under our Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901. So, I thought it would be a good idea to tell you a bit about me, and where I come from.

It’s hard to know where to start, because I’ve always questioned the authority of those who seek to tell me what to do. But I hope this will give you a peek into my life and thinking.

After I got out of the RAAF in 1972 I traveled around much of Australia. I worked for a big mining company in the Great Victoria Desert, and later on I went over to NZ with my girlfriend of the time. Unfortunately, my girlfriend and I broke up soon after arriving there, but I liked it so much I stayed 4 years.

That stay gave me an opportunity to observe their government. I was not impressed.

On returning home I worked for Radio 4AY in Townsville. It’s gone now but I learned a lot about the radio broadcast business while I was there.

Then in 1978 I traveled overland to Bangkok, intending to go on to England, but I was offered a job with a publishing company. I thought about it at my hotel. The prospect of going to England suddenly looked less appealing. After all, this was before Margaret Thatcher and her political revolution The weather was cold, the food worse, and I didn’t know anyone. So the prospect of staying in Thailand where I could enjoy the three Hots was very appealing….I had Hot weather, Hot food and Hot women! What else could a young man want?

But I didn’t stay single for long. A beautiful Thai lady decided I’d be an ideal husband and she snapped me up. Mind you, I didn’t put up much of a struggle!

We established an English School, English Business Enterprises, and we started to make a lot of money together.

Now, I come from a big family and I wanted children, but ten years down the track we were still unable to have any kids so we parted on friendly terms.

Six years after we got married Bob Hawke brought in the Australia Act. I didn’t realize it at the time but this was to have a huge impact on me.

A year later I discussed selling our business and going back to Australia with my wife, but when I went to the Australian embassy to get a visa for my wife I was told that I couldn’t return home unless I applied to immigrate. Silly me. I’d made the mistake of leaving Australia on my British passport, which is what we could do before Hawke.

I thought about it and decided it was too much trouble, so I stayed on in Thailand. I had a successful business, I was happily married, why bother?

But our marriage didn’t last much longer. When my wife and I divorced we sold the business, split the money and assets, and I got a job with a large Thai computer company, Magic Software Thailand as Technical manager in charge of a team of programmers. Along the way I was also appointed Dean of Magic Software University.

Then I met my current wife and I quit the computer company to start my own IT business. My wife and I had two beautiful daughters and we have been happily married ever since.

Ten years after we got married we decided to come back to Australia. By then a mate of mine had spoken to his friend in Canberra who just happened to be the immigration minister. He said that as I was a veteran I could return home any time as a returning resident, and I could become an Australian citizen immediately.

It took a year to get the visas for my family, but in 2009 we used the money I got from selling my IT and Real Estate business and hopped on a plane.

We settled on the Sunshine Coast where we live today.

Not long after we arrived Julia Gillard stabbed Rudd in the back and took control of the government. I lived through 6 coups in Thailand, so I know what a coup looks like.

That was my wake-up call. I couldn’t politics in Australia had descended to the same level as many 3rd world countries.

I started researching our political system and realized that Australia was in the middle of a constitutional crisis, and most Aussies were not even aware of it!

I decided to do something about it, and so I started Restore Australia to publish information about our constitution, citizens initiated referendums…CIR….and help people understand what we can do to get back to constitutional government and Common Law.

Then along came the Reclaim Australia movement and people confused our two names, so I changed my group to Advance Australia HQ, setting it up as a company so that we can generate income to pay for the work we do.

It took me a while to understand how the political parties have hijacked our government. They have been very smart about it, but their lies and deceit are being exposed at last.

Through my work I hear stories from people, sometimes two or three people a day, who contact me to tell me of the harm they have suffered at the hands of the dictatorial political party system. There is obviously a growing number of people who have suffered greatly at the hands of the judges, magistrates, police, bureaucrats and politicians who are employed by the political party government.

After I have finished telling you about me I am going to interview a bloke who has been greatly harmed, but before we get to that I want to fill you in on what has been happening lately.

As people have started to realize what the political parties have been up to, many groups have sprung up on Facebook and other forums. We exchange information, hold rallies, sign petitions, and do whatever we can to try and change the corrupt system that is no longer serving us.

But nothing ever changes.

You often hear people asking why the groups don’t all unite and form a single group. It’s been tried, but inevitably it falls apart due to a variety of reasons. Aussies don’t like being told what to do, so anyone who steps up and says Follow Me inevitably gets knocked down.

But that all changed on the weekend of 12 and 13 of October 2019. A few blokes got together under the banner United Australians. They organized a meeting of many of the group leaders at a farm near Kungala, just outside Grafton, NSW.

I was privileged to be invited to this meeting, along with about 30 other group leaders and others who have been prominent in the fight to get back to decent government.

We all turned up in pouring rain, set up our camp sites in a paddock, and then set to work.

We started out by all getting to know each other. It was a very friendly atmosphere and we soon relaxed in each other’s company. What struck me was the dedication and determination of everyone. There were no arguments. We all agreed that we had to work out a way to coordinate the work of so many groups.

Originally, the meeting was scheduled to last the two days, but once we started discussing ways and means to achieve our goal things moved fast. By midafternoon on the 12th we had already formulated a plan to unite the groups and coordinate our activities so that we can present a united front from now on.

We all realized that until now we were easy picking for the political party thugs and enforcers…. By uniting the groups and coordinating our activities so that we can create mass awareness, it will be much harder for the politicians, police and courts to target any one person. We will all be doing exactly the same thing at the same time…Lawfully Rebelling.

In case you are not aware of your duty as members of the Commonwealth of Australia, we are empowered by the Magna Carta Article 61 to lawfully rebel when the government no longer serves the needs of the people.

It is clear that successive governments have sought to increase their dictatorial powers over us by bringing in tens of thousands of new laws that seek to take away our rights.

The politicians have given themselves more powers without asking us in referendums, as they are bound to do in Section 128 of the Constitution. Instead, they have created a communist-style dictatorship worse than anything suffered in the Soviet Union. The only thing missing here in Australia are the Gulags.

No…that is not true. These political party oppressors and their thugs use slightly different tools to try and intimidate us into obeying their dictates.

They use excuses like the Fixated Persons Act which empowers them to target people and claim they are mentally ill. Or they use the Anti Terrorism Act, or the VLAD Law to stop people they don’t like from associating with each other.

So, instead of arresting someone and putting them on trial for a real crime, the thought police are knocking on doors in the middle of the night and dragging people away to mental health wards where they are restrained and injected with psychotropic drugs…and much worse as we are soon to hear later on in this podcast. Does any of this sound familiar?

The political parties have ignored two referendums, one in 1988 and another in 1998 asking We, the People if we would give local councils the power to become a third tier of government. We told them a resounding NO!

But they were determined to do it anyway, so each state parliament went ahead and created the Unlawful Local Government Act which gave councils authority to dictate more and more aspects of our lives with each passing year.

They brought in by-laws forcing us to register our pets, to fine us for parking outside the places they tell us to, by increasing the land tax they call Property Rates, taxing anyone with a dam on their property and charging us to use the water that falls freely out of the sky….just to name a few attacks on our freedoms.

So many Australians have lost their homes and even livelihoods as a result that it is truly frightening. But we rarely hear about them. Many are too frightened to speak out, and that is what protects the thieves, thugs, and traitors.

So, it is time for us to push back and put these people where they belong. Even though they have tried to go around our Commonwealth of Australia Constitution Act 1901 it is still there. All we have to do is to decide to enforce it. We the people are, after all, the government, and they are merely our servants. When servants behave badly they deserve to be punished. The punishment for Treason is still death.

Wayne Goss and Kevin Rudd created the infamous Reprints act, that gives State and Federal political party governments the power to re-write old Commonwealth of Australia laws, and then copyright them to their US registered corporation. You can easily check this. Visit www.austlii.edu.au and check almost any law that limits our freedoms that has been passed in the last decade. They are copyrighted, with a disclaimer saying that it is “for educational purposes”.

You can also watch a video that explains what they did on my website cirnow.com.au. It’s in the article near the top of the page called “Criminals in Government”. It’s a real eye-opener.

Using these tricks they have fooled the people into believing that the Acts they pass in Federal and State Parliaments are legal….but a fake law is still a fake. It has no power or authority if it is not enacted with a Royal Warrant signed by a lawful Governor General, and the approval of the people.

The politicians, judges, magistrates, police and bureaucrats have ignored the lessons of history, just as they are ignoring the will or the people.

They have forgotten that we are many, and they are few.

During our discussions at the meeting we learned that many of our brothers and sisters in the ADF are concerned that they have sworn an Oath of Allegiance to the fake Queen of Australia. They are realizing that there is no such person…..so how can they serve a fake? Quite a few have already left the services, as have some police.

With this understanding in mind, the meeting decided to create a Steering Committee that will coordinate the work of the various groups so that all groups can carry out coordinated campaigns right across the nation. Instead of one group trying to get something done, all groups will do the same thing at the same time. We have just become stronger and more focused than ever.

We elected a President, Vice President, Secretary and a Treasurer. These people will form the hub of our organization. They will deputize committee members to coordinate and carry out campaigns designed to bring about the kind of government that Australia deserves.

We will no longer suffer under the yoke of the United Nations dictatorship led by the political parties.

It’s time for We the People of the Commonwealth to take control of our government and make it work for us….not the Chinese, or the UN, or anyone else. Our ultimate goal is to create a rich, powerful, and independent, sovereign nation.

We here at Advance Australia have been researching how much wealth is in the ground around Australia. The results are nothing short of astounding. We are actually an immensely rich nation. Our mineral reserves alone are worth trillions and trillions of dollars.

Now that we know how much wealth Australia has, we are creating a financial plan based on that wealth, so that when we start putting the criminals and traitors on trial in our Common Law courts we will have a ready-made plan to ensure a smooth transition to lawful government under our Constitution and Common Law.

It won’t be easy. But now that you know that the will is there among so many groups to make Australia the kind of nation we all want to live in peacefully and happily…. Isn’t that what you want too?

And now, I would like to introduce the first of many guests we will be interviewing from now on who have suffered at the hands of the political party dictatorship. It’s time Australians hear how corrupt and criminal the government has become….Cue Moose Maggs.

This Podcast is obviously only part of the story. There is much more….the following helps introduce you to Mike :

Mike Holt is the founder of CIRNow & Advance-Australia HQ

Mike served with the RAAF during the Vietnam War in North Eastern Thailand in 1967. He returned home disillusioned with the political system that sent thousands of young men into danger for many of the wrong reasons.

After Gough Whitlam came to power Mike could see that the changes begun back then would have a terrible result. Mike’s vision has proved to be right. Australia has been stripped of our former wealth, our manufacturing capacity, and our farmers are up against the wall due to the stupid socialist policies that have been enacted since then. After returning home from his war service, Mike resigned from the RAAF. He traveled extensively around Australia and to many countries around the world. His experiences showed him that Australia was heading down a track he didn’t like. At the time, he saw no solution to the many problems Australian politics have brought onto our wonderful nation.

During his travels he met and married a Thai woman. They settled in Bangkok, Thailand in 1978 where he set up an English teaching school. He sold the school ten years later after the marriage broke down due to very personal reasons.

Soon after that he set up an IT company and a couple of years later he got into the real estate business as well. In 1998 Mike met and married his current Thai wife. In 2008 he sold the company and returned home to Australia in 2009, expecting to retire and enjoy the fruits of his many years in business.

Mike says he thought he was coming home to a stable political environment. Shortly after he returned Julia Gillard ousted Kevin Rudd in what can only be described as a bloodless coup. Mike survived 5 coups during his time in Thailand so he recognized a coup when he saw one. This was when Mike realized that he wanted to do something to help stop Australia becoming a 3rd world banana republic. Mike started looking around for solutions to the many political problems we face. He eventually met Lt Col (Ret) Charles Mollison who had spent over 12 years working with a group of Australians to write a Draft Constitution.

After reading it, Mike and Charles set up RestoreAustralia with the aim to amend Section 128 of the Constitution to put the power into the hands of the people to start referendums. Bringing in Citizens Initiated Referendums (CIR) will allow Australian voters to decide on the type of government we want, and make politicians directly accountable to We the People.

However after working together for a few years, and learning a lot more about the political situation, Mike and Charles went their separate ways. By then Mike had come to realise that simply bringing in Citizens Initiated Referendums would not solve the many problems that we face.

This was soon after the protest group Reclaim Australia started up. The two names, Restore and Reclaim were often confused, so Mike set up a new organisation called AdvanceAustraliaHQ and he formulated a five-point plan to get Australia back on track.

Since then he has built-up the information database you find on the CIRNow website, helping many Australians understand how badly we have been betrayed by the political parties.

Mike, his wife and two young daughters live on the Sunshine Coast. Although he is retired he has become very politically active growing AdvanceAustraliaHQ, helping raise awareness of the many problems Australia faces in these difficult times.

During his spare time he enjoys writing short fiction and real-life, stories and he has even published two novels. Mike also writes and records his own music, and he loves painting and fishing.

Soon after returning home, Mike wrote a novel about the experiences of a World War Two veteran who was captured by the Japanese in Singapore, 1942. The Aussie Digger was subsequently sent to work on the Burma Railway in Thailand, and then shipped to Kyushu where he worked in the Mitsui Coal Mines. He says the Nagasaki atomic bomb saved the lives of thousands of POW’s, as well as averting a bloodbath if the Allies had been forced to invade Japan. Mike’s first published book, POW 921 is available online through Amazon Books. Click on the Link below to get your copy.
